Casalarreina is an essential part of the Rioja Alta Wine Route.
The Rioja Alta Wine Route, part of the Wine Routes of Spain, is made up of different companies (wineries, accommodation, restaurants, etc.) where you can enjoy wine culture. Its territory includes 77 municipalities, among them Casalarreina, one of the municipalities with Rioja Protected Designation of Origin.
La Rioja Alta has a wide selection of wineries open to visitors, tasting activities among vineyards, charming accommodation and restaurants and wine bars in which wine is combined perfectly with the exquisite gastronomy of La Rioja. Among the companies making up the Route are several establishments in Casalarreina, such as the Lumbre Restaurant, the Vieja Bodega Restaurant and Grill and the Señorío de Casalarreina Inn.
Throughout the whole year, our Route invites you to discover our wineries, the gastronomy, nature and the historical and artistic heritage of its municipalities. This means you will be able to have unique and personalised experiences, such as the 15 wine routes.
