It has two floors with a restrained façade in ashlar stone, lintelled spans, period hinges, carved corbel eaves and a coat of arms. Its plan is perfectly square, 17 × 17 metres. The house opens onto a large garden. One of the garden façades plays host to the aforementioned coat of arms of the noble family who built and lived in the house.

Since its construction, the manor house has been owned by the Marqués del Puerto, who also lends his name to be used as a brand for a winery in Fuenmayor.
