Lumbre opened its doors at the end of 2019. It was created from the old La Cueva de Doña Isabela Restaurant. It forms part of the Rioja Alta Wine Route and stands out for its wide and warm spaces.

Its gastronomic proposals, based on fresh, seasonal, local produce, can be summarised as a meeting place between traditional La Rioja gastronomy and nouvelle cuisine, led by the chef Sergio Hernando Díez.
