This is a large rectangular house with three floors with framed windows, coat of arms and symmetrical façade in ashlar stone, known as the House of the Montilla Family.

It is a manor house from the 18th-19th centuries, currently in a good state of conservation. Its façade maintains its imposts, corners and frames in its windows in the stone. The ground and first floors have period hinges and its roof has wooden corbel eaves. Like other manor houses in the municipality, it is a house opening onto a kitchen garden. Clearly visible on its façade is a large coat of arms of the noble family who own the building.
