The entrepreneurial project of Dimas and Zuriñe, a young couple from La Rioja, comprises a modern, intimate, welcoming and sustainable space. It has 6 fully equipped bedrooms, including a junior suite. The type of construction known as “passivhaus” or “passive house” was chosen for the design. It is characterised by thermal comfort and near-zero energy use.
